It’s American Craft Beer Week, so there’s no need for that imported lager, sir.
The annual holiday (May 14-20), sanctioned by the national Brewers Association beer guild, celebrates the alcoholic ingenuity of small and independent breweries from around the country. In South Florida, that ingenuity translates to rum barrel-aged tappings, a homebrew festival, a science talk and next weekend’s Ocean Blues and Brews festival in Deerfield Beach.
