Chocolate and science come together 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the South Florida Science Center and Aquarium's 9th annual Science of Chocolate.
Interactive chocolate activities will include armpit fudge, chocolate Playdough and a liquid nitrogen ice cream demo. Guests will not only sample cocoa creations, but learn the history, science and health benefits of one of the world's oldest and most-loved treats.
The Science of Chocolate is free with admission to the Science Center: $15 for adults, $11.50 for children ages 3-12 and $13.50 for seniors over the age of 62. More information at 561-832-1988 or visit SFScienceCenter.org. The center is at 4801 Dreher Trail North, West Palm Beach.
