Chef Paula DaSilva of 3030 Ocean (Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa, 3030 Holiday Dr., 954-765-3030, 3030ocean.com) celebrates spring with a monthly Spring Awakening Brunch.
This is the first time 3030 has served anything other than dinner. Kick-off is 12:30-3 p.m. Sunday when the theme will be brunch favorites.
Among the menu items on the buffet will be Fresh ricotta-stuffed french toast with blueberry sauce; deviled eggs, Citrus salad with goat cheese and honey, Grilled smoked bacon and grits; and Banana chocolate chip pancakes.
The $60-per person meal includes endless Bloody Marys and live music. Upcoming dates are April 13 when the theme will be Spring Feast and May 18 when DaSilva's theme is Fiesta.
