Happy hour happens every day at Chops, and while specials include an appetizers menu, you're left wanting a little more lobster. But if you take what you get, the New England-style lobster roll will pair well with one of four $8 martinis — namely the Cosmo — and the lobster mac and white cheddar will be the best companion to your Canyon Road pinot grigio, which, like the chardonnay, pinot noir and cabernet, costs $5.75 during happy hour. Well liquors, which include Seagram's Gin, Evan Williams Bourbon and Camarena Tequila, cost $6.50. Appetizers range from $7 for Thai chili calamari to $15 for the lobster roll.
Happy hour: All night Sunday-Monday; 5-8 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday.
Recommended drink: The Steakhouse Martini, with Svedka Vodka or Seagram's Gin.
Location: 101 Plaza Real South, Boca Raton; 561-395-2675 or BuckheadRestaurants.com/Chops-Lobster-Bar-Boca.
