After nearly five years, founder Gary Rack has converted his Table 42 Italian Kitchen + Wine Bar in Royal Palm Place to this new venture emphasizing seasonal, sustainable, local-sourced fare.
"I live my life as healthy as possible, but I enjoy great tasting food, so we've developed a menu that embraces the clean-eating revolution without compromising the taste," he says.
Signatures are spicy buffalo cauliflower ($9), grilled octopus ($14), butternut squash and Brussels sprouts Farm Flat ($12), nut- and seed-crusted chicken ($19), buffalo cheddar burger with caramelized pear ($15) and braised beef short rib ($28, dinner only).
Cocktail names fit the focus, such as Antioxidant Mojito and Farmer's Gin on Gin with ginger ale (both $11).
The central coal oven is still here, and the booths have been refurbished with green fabrics to match the green tables, chairs, counters, awning over the front patio seating and even the green backlit wall of mason jars canned in-house. The light fixtures resemble honeycombs.
Lunch and dinner are served daily, plus weekend brunch.
