New Menu: BONDST

BONDST, a Miami mainstay for the last 12 years, debuts a new menu with Japanese flair and a French flourish.
New executive chef Andy Choi, from New York's Le Cirque and Momofuku, picked dishes that were not just "sushi on a plate" but that "elevated the game." This would definitely include his take on tuna, which was marinated in truffle oil.
And don't only try the food, but Asian inspired cocktails with lychee and green tea.
