Sundy House uses its garden for cocktails

The Sundy House (106 S. Swinton, Delray Beach, 561-272-5678, has introduced a new cocktail that uses ginger flowers found in the restaurant’s Taru Gardens.

Grove Street ($11) was created by Michael Richards, the restaurant’s beverage manager, working closely with chef Lindsay Autry. They’ll be creating weekly garden inspired cocktails all summer using flowers and elements grown on property.

The Grove Street is $7 during happy hour, 5-9 p.m., Tuesday-Thursday.
