The new Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach resort has introduced this cafe and gourmet retail shop, open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
“Cornucopia is conveniently located on the first level, offering street access,” general manager Chintan Dadhich says. “It’s an easy place for residents to grab their morning coffee ($4-$6), artisanal breads from renowned Miami bakery Zak the Baker, freshly pressed juices by Juicera ($12) or made-to-order acai bowls ($14). The market also boasts seating for people looking for a place to grab lunch with colleagues, family and friends. We anticipate locals to enjoy picking up customized picnic baskets for beach trips, our wood-fire pizzas and more.”
Breakfast offers Veg Scramble with egg whites ($10); croissant with bacon, egg and cheddar ($10); and huevos rancheros pizza ($14). Lunch and dinner feature curried cauliflower atop yogurt ($7), cheese melt ($14), ancient grain bowl ($17), smoked salmon pizza ($20) and charcuterie platter ($28).
Sweet treats change daily, but gelato with toppings ($3-$9), jumbo cookies ($5) and cakes and pies ($6) are available in a variety of flavors.
