Holy Mackerel beers have been representing South Florida's craft-beer scene since 2007, but only now that the Mack House has opened in Davie are the brews made in-state. Aside from three signature ales typically bottled at Thomas Creek brewery in South Carolina, the Mack keeps test batches of new beers on tap. The selection rotates, but FLAles.com displays a daily beer list. Stop by between 4 and 7 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays for $2 off any draft. This week, you're likely to find the Holy Moly chocolate stout with Ghirardelli Cocoa and Panic con Pablo, a coffee-infused version of the Belgian-style Holy Mackerel Panic Attack.

Happy hour: 4-7 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday

Recommended: OutKast IPA, while it lasts

Location: 9118 State Road 84, Fort Lauderdale, 954-474-5040 and 954-524-8065, FLales.com and TheMackHouse.com
