Michael Haycock and Paul Strike opened the 18-seat The Grove late last fall. Haycock lured his former Culinary Institute of America classmate Meghan O¿Neal to become chef de cuisine. She has worked with Thomas Keller in Las Vegas and Grant Achatz at Alinea in Chicago.
