Acclaimed chef Paula DaSilva has reemerged to the scene to helm this oceanfront oasis in the former Bistro Bal Harbour, serving three meals daily.

DaSilva has reunited with restaurateur Seth Greenberg after their first collaboration at the now shuttered 1500 Degrees at Eden Roc resort in Miami Beach.

“This time around, we’re responsible for all of the food and beverage outlets on property,” says DaSilva, who was chef Dean Max’s protégé at 3030 Ocean at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort and Spa. “Our hope is to grow this concept into other properties and maybe even other countries.”

Her globally inspired dinner selections include cassoulet with egg and porcini stock ($10), crispy pork belly with kimchee ($14), braised short rib with housemade tagliatelle ($27) and wagyu steak with duck-fat fries ($68).

Finales ($10) include Nutella doughnuts and roasted-banana ice cream and salted caramel panna cotta with caramel popcorn.

The caipirinha cocktail ($14) is a nod to DaSilva’s Brazilian background.

A light, airy palette exudes coastal elegance with white sheer drapes, black-and-white photos of 1930s Palm Beach, bistro chairs, chandeliers resembling candles, multitoned wood floor and sea-foam-colored bar. Terrace seating includes views of Haulover Inlet.
