Vintage Dogfish Head at Riverside Market: Cellaring beer demands a patient palate and a good sense of how much time is enough time. The staff at this Fort Lauderdale pub has decided April 3 will be the right time to dust off Dogfish Head bottles from 2010, 2011 and 2012. Easter brunch at the Sybarite Pig: Boca's newest craft-beer destination is going strong since opening earlier this year. Easter Sunday, the Pig will serve lamb, smoked ham and egg Benedict.
