Across South Florida, chefs are using mangoes in everything from sushi rolls to salsa, sorbet and ceviche. Uncle Julio's Fine Mexican Food in Boca Raton puts mango in its guacamole. The mango martini at RA Sushi in Pembroke Pines and Palm Beach Gardens is a mixture of mango-flavored vodka, mango puree and mango juice. It's a boozy tribute to South Florida's sweetest season.
