Meat Market, which has operated on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach since 2009, is scheduled to open in an historic Palm Beach building that once housed Palm Beach Steakhouse.
Last year, Conde Nast Traveler called Meat Market in South Beach one of “Miami ‘s Buzziest Restaurants.”
Contemporary in both its menu and interior design, expect the same smashing decor at 191 Bradley Place as at 915 Lincoln Road. The interior will feature inlaid mahogany tables, leather banquettes, a sleek marble bar and warm crimson lighting.
Along with prime beef and local seafood, chef/owner Sean Brasel and business partner David Tornek, will feature the Crudo Bar, a comfortable spot for people watching and sampling oysters, ceviche, tiraditos, crudos and other seafood items from the raw bar.
“We are very excited to bring our version of a modern American steakhouse to Palm Beach County,” Brasel said in a press release.
