By John Tanayshuk, SouthFlorida.com Now in its 13th year, Miami Spice has developed a following. I've heard of some folks who confine their eating-out budgets to August and September, when three-course lunches cost $23 and dinners cost $39. In some cases, Miami Spice offers as much as a 50 percent savings. ILoveMiamiSpice.com, the official website from the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau, allows foodies to filter restaurants by location, cuisine and meals served. You'll find menus, phone numbers and links to OpenTable.com to make online reservations. About 170 restaurants are participating. Here are my recommendations.
