Familiar faces from Food Network including Robert Irvine, Marc Murphy and Duff Goldman and local culinary luminaries such as Michelle Bernstein and Clay Conley will highlight the Palm Beach Food and Wine Fest Dec. 14-17.
Now in its 11th year, the festival keeps growing. This year’s schedule features 14 ticketed events, a mix of mass-grazing gatherings at large venues such as The Breakers in Palm Beach and the Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens and cozy dinners at top restaurants such as Conley’s Buccan and New York-based chef Daniel Boulud’s Cafe Boulud.
The event’s popularity apparently keeps growing, too. All three Friday events and four of five Saturday events are sold out, including a Chef Welcome Party at the Breakers Friday night and the Chillin’ ’n Grillin’ lunch with Irvine and Goldman at the Four Seasons resort Saturday. The only Saturday event available is the $140 Daniel by Night walk-around dinner with Boulud.
Tickets also remain for both Sunday events, the Brunch in Paradise ($115) at Eau Palm Beach Resort and the evening Grand Tasting ($85) at the Gardens Mall. Offerings from more than 50 restaurants will featured at the 5-9 p.m. event.
All events except the sold-out Saturday morning Kids Kitchens demonstrations are 21-and-over with free flowing wine and alcohol. Events will take place rain or shine.
