Happy Hour of the Week: Whiskey Tango

Even if you're not a basketball fan, the best place to watch the NBA Eastern Conference Finals, in which the Miami Heat are taking on the Indiana Pacers, is at Whiskey Tango, a popular sports bar off Young Circle.

The games start soon after happy hour ends, so you'll be ready when the Heat's Ray Allen scores another of his famous three-point shots.

Happy hour specials include $1 off wine and beer and half-off well drinks. "Happytizers" cost $5, and include flatbread pizza, potato skins, chicken quesadilla, fried pickles, spinach dip and a boneless wing platter.

If you're still thirsty after the game, you can order a $5 Smirnoff vodka, Tanqueray gin, Jose Cuervo tequila, George Dickel whiskey or Captain Morgan rum drink.

Happy hour: 4-7 p.m. Monday through Friday

Recommended drink: Dragonberry mojito, made with Dragonberry Bacardi rum, simple syrup, club soda, mint leaves and lime

Location: 1903 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood, 954-925-2555,
