Sundy House adds pastry chef Sarah Sipe

Sarah Sipe, former pastry chef at Michelle Bernstein’s Michy’s in Miami and The Omphoy Ocean Resort in Palm Beach, has joined the team at Sundy House in Delray Beach.

The Florida native graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, R.I., who interned in Vienna. She came back to the Florida where she worked under chef Frederic Monnet at The Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne.

Sipe joins executive chef Lindsay Autry who many know form her turn on “Top Chef.”
