This 5-year-old branch has been become one of the first of the national chain to add a kitchen to offer tavern fare to complement its 500 craft beers and 40 rotating taps.
"We're always looking for new ways to create a craft-beer haven for our guests," says co-owner Tony Fattahi. "Adding food was a natural progression, and we look forward to enhancing our customers' experience."
Highlights, with recommended beer pairings, include: German pretzel ($8); sriracha lime beer-battered shrimp tacos ($7 for two; $10 for three); flatbreads, such as the Black and Blue with blackened steak, caramelized onions, mushrooms, mozzarella and blue cheese ($8, $13); half-pound burger with Chimay cheese and Chimay beer-infused sauce ($12.50); Guinness Brat Sliders on pretzel rolls ($9); beer-brined grilled chicken pesto sandwich on basil focaccia ($10); and beer-infused Belgian Waffle S'Mores ($5.50).
Weekend brunch, dubbed BEERunch, features beer-brined chicken and waffle sandwich with bacon and onion jam ($10.50), French toast topped with blueberry wheat beer compote and maple-bourbon syrup ($8.50) and bottomless mimosas or Bloody Marys ($20).
