This 19-year-old sophisticated sports bar chain, based in California, has kicked off its "Weekend Lineup" menu for the NFL season through the January playoffs, expanding it to daily this year instead of just weekends.
"We wanted to cater to our guests who were coming into the restaurant early to catch the weekend football games," executive chef Carlito Jocson says. "Weekend Lineup features more brunch-like items, which tend to be a bit more indulgent."
A Lobster and crab omelet ($14.95) offsets the naughtiness of Duck fat potatoes ($7.85), Pork poutine ($10.85), Wisconsin fried cheese curds ($10.35), Spicy candied bacon with Korean short rib jerky ($9.55) and Skirt steak and cheddar eggs with sweet potato-corn griddle cake ($16.25).
Accompanying cocktails ($10-$12.50) are Spicy mango caipirinha, Sriracha ginger Mary, Strawberry bourbonade and Sparkling blood orange with vodka and prosecco.
New cocktails ($10.75-$12.65) on the regular menu include blood-orange and ancho chili margarita, called Blood and smoke; Bourbon berry sour; an herbal and botanical gin martini, called Hibiscus Rose; an updated Sidecar; and the gin Cucumber citrus tonic.
