This 21-year-old sophisticated sports-bar chain, based in Orlando, has opened a sixth South Florida location in the Oasis at Sawgrass Mills.
An extensive menu with 130 global-influenced American dishes includes gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options, featuring Gardein, a chicken substitute.
Highlights include seven kinds of street tacos ($4.25-$6.55), California roll with crab ($12.45), poke nachos ($12.95), Nashville hot chicken ($16.95), lobster garlic noodles ($22.95), pepper-crusted filet mignon with brandy shallot cream sauce ($28.95) and for dessert, s’mores brownie ($7.95).
The Moscow Mule with housemade ginger beer ($10.25) and create-your-own old fashioned ($11) are among 35 specialty cocktails.
“With 130 beers on tap, we’re excited to introduce guests to some new favorites, including 27 options brewed here in Florida,” general manager Karol Acosta says. “We also have five taps that we’ll rotate each month to offer unique local, domestic and imported beers as part of our chalkboard series.”
Lunch and dinner are served daily amid an industrial vibe with high ceilings, wood accents, 5 miles of piping snaking from a glass-enclosed keg room to the bar, classic- and modern-rock background music, 21 sports TVs and vibrant abstract paintings. An additional seven TVs are on the covered patio.
