It is the first U.S. restaurant from Salas, a celebrated Mexican chef whose restaurant Amaranta near Mexico City is a fine-dining destination ... Mayfair Kitchen at the historic Mayfair Hotel in Coconut Grove officially opened Jan. 1 ... Prezzo in Boca Raton opened in December with James Beard Award-winning chef Mark Militello helming the kitchen. Restaurateurs Burt Rapoport and Dennix Max have relaunched the Italian restaurant popular in the 1990s ... Daniel Boulud opens BouludSud at the JW Marriott Marquis in Miami on Jan. 8.
