You can watch Kitchen 305's executive chef Chris Wong make specialty sushi rolls and learn to prepare some of his sake-tinis every Monday starting March 4.
For $35 per person, guests will have the cozy lessons and then dine on miso soup, salads and Asian-inspired entrees at the beachfront Sunny Isles restaurant. Chef Wong will handmake rolls tableside, so this sounds like a lovely mix of chowing and learning.
And the best part about it is the cocktails are sake-based, so headaches and hangovers will stay minimal.
