Video: 'Hell's Kitchen' contestant Chef DaSilva previews Boca Bacchanal

Video: "Hell's Kitchen" alum breaks down this year's Boca Bacchanal Wine & Food Festival

You may remember her from the kitchen-kerfuffle reality show "Hell's Kitchen," but now Chef Paula DaSilva is all about the 14th Annual Boca Bacchanal Wine and Food Festival.

She sits down with Rod and talks about dealing with the notoriously-flinty Gordon Ramsay as well as her plans for Boca Bacchanal. The two-day event starts Friday, April 8 with tastings of wine and cuisine at Mizner Park Amphitheatre. On Saturday, April 9 there will be the Vintner Dinners, where world-famous chefs prepare gourmet meals paired with wine and champagne from vintners.

New this year is an app for bidding on auction items and a pre-party where guests can get a first-taste of the presenting vintners. The event is a fundraiser for the Boca Raton Historical Society and Museum.
