 The birthday song can get cheesy, especially since you've had to hear it since you were, like, 1, so it's nice to hear a remix of the tune. All Macaroni Grill locations sing it in Italian, but on certain nights at the Boca location, you can get it opera-style. (Call ahead to see if an opera-quality singer will be working the night you want to go.) Most chain restaurants have some kind of a birthday shtick, whether it involves hand clapping or standing on a chair, but this surpasses the competition by far, because it requires actual talent to pull it off.
