Although the sports-bar connoisseur can choose from five Bru's Room locations with one more on the way, we recommend the Pompano Beach location. Not only is this one centrally located in Broward County, it's also the official sports bar of the Broward County Florida Gators Club, which means come game day, Bru's becomes a raucous sea of orange and blue. Each Bru's Room serves frosty pitchers of beer and some of the best chicken wings in Florida. One of the chain's owners is Eddie Hauck, a native of Buffalo, N.Y., who is considered a pioneer in the development of the Buffalo wing. The other owner is, of course, former Miami Dolphin Bob "Bru" Brudzinski. Although you can pick and choose a Bru's Room by college affiliation, don't even try to root for any NFL team other than the 'Fins.
