Tsunami
651 Okeechobee Blvd., West Palm Beach, 561/835-9696, www.tsunamirestaurant.com
Fresh tuna, scallops, shrimp, squid and other traditional sushi favorites make Tsunami a great sushi joint, but the "real volcano" roll, made with scallops, shrimp, lobster, hamachi and crab warmed in spicy sauce and served with a California roll for $22 makes this place amazing. Tsunami also offers wonderful miso soup and Maine lobster bisque. And the sushi usually looks as beautiful and fresh as the crowd consuming it.
