From the city's alleyways to its dance floors, Dogg can start trouble where there is none with his artful, sneak-up-on-your-ass interview style. "I'm the instigator," he says. "That's my job." He once strolled into an audition for an LL Cool J video and nearly turned it into a riot by saying, "Only the light-skinned black girls are getting picked. Why is that?"
