Dirtybird Barbecue brings booty-bass to Miami | Video

Dirtybird Records returned to Miami on Saturday, Dec. 3, for a day of dancing and feasting. The Dirtybird Barbecue, led by Dirtybird label boss, producer and DJ Claude VonStroke, served Southern food like pulled-pork and chicken, coleslaw and pasta salad at Smashed Canvas in Wynwood over the Art Basel/Miami Art Weekend.

The lineup included almost eight hours of booty-bouncing and shuffling with music from Christian Martin, Walker and Royce, J. Phlip, Justin Martin, Kill Frenzy and Claude VonStroke. The 21-and-up party was the fifth and final stop on the national barbecue tour, which began in the summer and traveled from San Francisco to Seattle, Detroit and Brooklyn. Dirtybird held a contest for fans to pick the fifth city, and Miami won with a write-in vote.
