Frank Theatres Cinebowl & Grill Summer Movie Series plays animated features at 10 a.m. Mondays-Thursdays for $1. "Puss N Boots" is playing this week. There is a $3 popcorn and beverage special, too. Movies play through Aug. 8 at 14775 Lyons Road in Delray Beach and 103701 NE 163 Street in North Miami Beach.
Fort Lauderdale-based Muvico's free Summer Film Fest is 10 a.m. Tuesdays-Thursdays and runs through Aug. 15. The first week's offering is "Despicable Me." Other films playing include "Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted" and "The Smurfs." The fest runs through through Aug. 15. Concession deal: Get a Kids Tray for $3.75 which includes popcorn, drink and candy. There are theaters in Pompano Beach and West Palm Beach.
Regal Cinema's Summer Movie Express, is at 10 a.m. Tuesdays and Wednesdays through Aug. 7 and costs $1 per film with proceeds benefiting the Will Rogers Institute. "The Three Stooges," kicks things off Tuesday; and "Ice Age: Continental Drift," screens Wednesday. Find locations in Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Fort Lauderdale, Sunrise, Coral Springs and Miami.
Cinemark's Summer Movie Clubhouse offers 10 movies for $5 with an advance purchased pass or $1 per show for kids and adults through Aug 21. Films and show times vary by theater.
