Officially, the July 4 forecast calls for mostly sunny skies with highs in the low 90s and lows in the upper 70s. There is a 20 percent chance of rain. It also should be a bit breezy.
For boaters, the marine forecast calls for 2-foot seas, east winds up to 15 mph and a moderate chop.
Expect mostly sunny and hot conditions straight through the weekend, although the rain chance increases to 30 percent on Thursday.
