South Florida's Monday forecast otherwise calls for afternoon highs in the mid 80s, overnight lows in the low 70s and a 20 percent chance of showers.
Central Florida's Monday forecast: Partly sunny with highs in the mid 80s and lows in the upper 60s.

Sunday's showers may be the prelude to a damp week.
Although rainfall so far this month has been below normal, that will likely change, as most days this week will have a chance of showers; about 2-3 inches of rain could fall today through Saturday.
Beside below normal rainfall, temperatures so far this month have averaged above normal, and it has been typically breezy.
In fact, every single day this month so far has had wind gusts exceeding 20 mph in Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Miami.
Power boaters will be happy to know that the remainder of this month will see a little less wind.
