South Florida weather forecast for MLK Day

Although today should be on the warm side, expect an overall cool week with chilly mornings, mild afternoons, lots of sun and little, if any, rain.

The South Florida forecast for Monday, Martin Luther King Day, calls for sunny skies with afternoon highs in the mid to upper 70s and overnight readings in the mid to upper 50s.

While Tuesday also should warm - at least, in the afternoon - another cold front should arrive on Wednesday and keep things on the cool to chilly side.

Temperatures on Wednesday night are forecast to dip into the low to mid 40s in Palm Beach County and the mid to upper 40s in Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
