Expect brisk mornings this weekend.

Thanks to yet another cold front, we should see another cool day followed by a chilly night.

The weekend should be a bit warmer, although Saturday and Sunday mornings still are expected to be brisk, the afternoons cool to mild.

South Florida's Friday forecast calls for sunny skies with highs in the mid to upper 60s and overnight lows in the mid to upper 40s in Palm Beach County and the low 50s in Broward and Miami-Dade counties. It also should be breezy.

By Monday afternoon, temperatures should be almost 80 degrees. Then another cold front should drop temperatures into the low 50s by Wednesday night.

Central Florida's Friday forecast: Mostly sunny and breezy with highs in the mid 50s and lows in the upper 30s. The weekend should be warmer.

Cool savings: From weather expert Jim Lushine:

The cool spell over the last 10 days has been welcome to some and a discomfort to others. But most residents have at least saved money on their FPL bills.

How much? It depends primarily on their thermostat settings. The "average" user has probably pocketed $30 to $50 during this time.

More good news: Temperatures will remain cool for most of the rest of January.
