Daniel Burns – Circus Olympus
A faint drum roll resonates throughout the area--a vibrant and exciting big top circus tent--as a dizzied figure makes its entrance onto the stage. A clown stands before the audience--red nose, blue wig, full garb to match his surroundings. And so begins Circus Olympus, a striking satire by Lindsay Price, bringing to life the all-too-familiar characters of ancient Greek myths under the big top at St. Thomas Aquinas High School.

Jordan White – Circus Olympus
Who can forget their first circus? The anticipation rushing through your veins, anxious to peek behind the flapped doors of the canvassed tent, curious to behold the mysteries that lay hidden in boxes and Volkswagens. St. Thomas Aquinas' enthusiastic production of Circus Olympus rekindled the wide-eyed surprise and delight that comes from stepping under the big top to behold the magical, charismatic world of red-nosed, neon-haired clowns, tightropes and fantasy that trumps even an elephant on a bicycle.

Leanne Agmon – Circus Olympus
A grand airy tent billows on top of a parking lot, neon colored balloons are strung from every chair and the aroma of popcorn and pretzels fills the air while entertainers and clowns emerge through the draped entrance; and so began St. Thomas Aquinas' production of Circus Olympus.

Mohammad Islam – Circus Olympus
In traditional theatre productions, the falling of the curtain usually signals the time for intermission, but the St. Thomas Aquinas Players denounced convention and offered up a Mythapalooza Slam Jam that created the crazy, frenetic atmosphere in their production of Circus Olympus.

Nick Gereffi – Circus Olympus
The beloved characters of ancient mythological folklore come to life under the big top in St. Thomas Aquinas's production of Circus Olympus, a side-splitting satire by Lindsay Price designed to teach the wonders of Ancient Greek mythology in rapid-fire succession.
