"Ryan, Ryan, Ryan" the crowd chanted, anticipating the arrival of the star of the show.
As the red curtain rose, the roar of the eager crowd echoed through the hot and busy air. Spotlights shone, fans shrieked, a guitar strummed and the show began.
Ryan Cabrera performed in front of a medium-sized crowd of young and eager fans at Revolution Live on June 10.
The moment he walked onto the stage, the crowd screamed and cheered, handing him posters, notes and signs, which Cabrera signed with an amused smile.
After a simple introduction, Cabrera jumped into his songs, a mixture of his new hits and older favorites.
Cabrera had a warm welcome from a rowdy crowd and performed a fantastic show.
There was a definite outgoing and fun-loving rush throughout his show, which was obvious in his music and overall performance.
As soon as Cabrera began a song, the crowd cried in awe and pulled out cameras, echoing every lyric.
Between each song, Cabrera stopped and talked with his crowd, adding interest and entertainment to the show.
He had conversations about what inspired him to write his songs and what he was feeling when he wrote them. This gave his songs much more meaning and lent his performance an awesome vibe.
As the night progressed, his songs became more upbeat and interesting.
During Enemies, opening act The Kin came out to help Cabrera perform the song, adding to the crowd's excitement.
Cabrera then sang a cover of You Can Call Me Al by Paul Simon. He added his own twist to the song and beat-boxed at the end.
It was a wonderful performance that kept fans on their feet cheering and begging for more.
The show was fun and energetic. After awesome songs and an amazing performance, I was left with eager anticipation for what’s to come from Ryan Cabrera.
