1. TO ENTER: No Purchase Necessary. Log onto www.TeenlinkSouthFlorida.com starting Thursday, October 25, 2007, click on the My Teacher Rocks contest icon and complete the registration form. Students may enter more than once, but different essays must be submitted each time. Duplicate entries will be discarded and not judged. All requested information must be provided and complete. Incomplete entries will be discarded. If any dispute arises concerning the identity of an entrant, the owner of the e-mail account from which entry was sent shall be deemed the entrant.

2. DEADLINE: This contest runs continuously. Contest entries will be accepted starting Thursday, October 25, 2007 and will be received continuously through Wednesday, May 14, 2008. Entrants must use their own names. E-mail entries containing attached files are not eligible and will be rejected. The South Florida Sun-Sentinel and Teenlink are not responsible for lost, incomplete, damaged, illegible, late, or misdirected entries, or for errors in mechanical transmission, technical difficulties or inability to transmit Internet entries.

3. SELECTION OF WINNERS: All entries will be considered weekly, and one (1) winner shall be selected by Teenlink professional staff each week using criteria stated below. The contest will begin with all entries received by Wednesday, Nov. 7. Entries will remain in the consideration pool until judged a winner or not qualified based on minimum criteria. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The student and teacher winners will be notified by telephone and/or mail within five (5) days of being chosen. If a selected Winner is ineligible, or if the Sun-Sentinel or Teenlink are unable to make contact with the Winner after reasonable effort and time, the prize shall be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner selected from the existing pool of entrants.

4. AWARDING & DELIVERY OF PRIZES: One (1) teacher winner each week through May 29, 2008, except for the weeks of Dec. 23, 2007 through Jan. 5, 2008 and March 30 through April 5, 2008, will receive three hours of limousine time from Tint World. The three-hour use of the limo begins once the Winner and up to five guests are picked up by the limo, and includes the travel time to the final drop-off destination. All pick-up locations and destinations must be in Broward County. The day of choice will be based on Tint World availability and agreement between the winner and Tint World. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash, credit or merchandise. Sponsors are not responsible for prize delivery delays for any reason. All decisions regarding interpretation of these Official Rules and administration of the Contest made by the Sponsors are final and binding.

5. ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be 13 years of age or older, a U.S. citizen and be a high school student and a resident of Broward County to win. Teacher winners must be teachers in a Broward County high school. Winner must provide proof of age, identity and residency. Employees and immediate family members of the Tribune Company or their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising agencies are not eligible to win. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

6. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: a. Use of Winner's name: By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to Teenlink and their agents and licensees, to use the entrant's name, voice, photograph, likeness and biographical material for broadcast and promotional purposes in connection with the contest.

b. Execution of Affidavit and Release: By entering, each entrant agrees that if selected as the Winner, he/she and his/her guests may be required to sign a release and waiver of liability. The prize may be forfeited and awarded to another entrant if the Winner and his/her guests do not execute the prepared form of release and waiver within the stated timeframe of the contest, or if the selected Winner is not eligible in accordance with these rules.

c. Release Sponsors of Liability: By entering, entrants agree to release Teenlink, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising agencies from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the contest or their receipt or use of the contest prize.

d. No Prize Substitutions: No substitute prizes are available; however, Sponsors may, at their discretion, substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

e. Governing Law: This contest shall be governed and enforced pursuant to Florida law, excluding choice of law provisions.

7. INTERNET: If for any reason, the Internet-related portion of this contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause which corrupts or threatens the administration, security or integrity of the contest, Teenlink reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the contest or any portion of the contest. ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE CONTEST. Information submitted in entries, including entrant's name, address, e-mail address, etc., may be used by The Sun-Sentinel and Teenlink for marketing or promotional purposes.
