By now, you've either seen it or heard your friends talking about it.

That "so good it's scary," undeniably frightful movie Paranormal Activity has been drawing buzz for the past five weeks.

It cost only about $15,000 to make, a movie budget well below those of many short films, let alone Hollywood blockbusters. So how is it such an incredibly low-budget movie made $22 million in its first weekend of wide release, beating out the horror juggernaut Saw VI?

Having seen the movie last weekend, I can honestly saw it was the scariest thing I have seen in my life.

I love horror movies.

I laugh at blood and scoff during "scary" scenes, yet this movie had me freaking out.

It certainly has a right to win over the box office. With Halloween this weekend, industry specialists say chances are it will rake in more than $100 million.
