Bat interrupts play during FSU-Notre Dame game

Yes, things got a little batty in Tallahassee on Tuesday night when FSU hosted Notre Dame in basketball.

In the second period, with the Seminoles ahead 72-66, a bat decided he (she?, it?) wanted to get a little closer to the action after apparently watching most of the game from the cheap seats.

The bat circled around the big Seminoles logo in the middle of the court several times while play was stopped and players looked on.

Eventually the pint-sized caped-crusader-wannabe left the area and play resumed.

Let's hope the only bats we see at FSU now are during baseball season.
