Are you model material?
What about your boyfriend? Is he a hottie too?
I'm not asking for myself silly. Tyra Banks wants to know. I swear.
This year the casting call for cycle 20 of CW's "America's Next Top Model" will include - for the first time - boys as well as girls competing in catwalk capers.
If you are runway ready, then check out the audition from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5 at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale (1799 S.E. 17th St.).
Hold up babes and bruhs. You must be:
-18-27 years old
-female at least 5’7”
-male as least 5’10”
And in case you're wondering how to make the best impression, or if you just have some questions about the whole process, then I'll be hosting a Facebook chat on Wednesday, Jan. 2 starting at 4 p.m. Hey, before you start throwing shade, you should know that I was a casting call judge for three seasons and every time I got at least one girl on the show. So there.
Rod Hagwood: I could have sworn I was interviewing for "fashionable" editor back in 1990 when I applied for this job. I imagined I was just going to sashay around the newsroom wearing an array of fabulous designer ensembles. Imagine my disappointment when I found out my bosses wanted me to actually work...instead of working it.
