Blo Blow Dry Bar Midtown will be in the Cosmetics department giving out touch-ups (including braids, knots and curls) while beauty stylists perform consultations.
Spend more than $100 in cosmetics and fragrances and you get a makeup case. Also, with Bloomies' "Florida Charity Day" savings you can take 15% off a large selection of items all over the store all day. Or make it 20% when you shop with your Bloomingdale's card and spend $300 or more.
