Attention "Downton Abbey" fanatics - and you are legion - there will be a preview screening of the first episode of season 3 on Saturday, Jan. 5 at Cinema Paradiso in Fort Lauderdale.
The party starts at 5:30 and the screening is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.

Rod Hagwood: I could have sworn I was interviewing for "fashionable" editor back in 1990 when I applied for this job. I imagined I was just going to sashay around the newsroom wearing an array of fabulous designer ensembles.
