The event is Wednesday, Dec. 5 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the blow-dry-only-salon at 1317 S.E. 17th Street Causeway.
You can shop last minute holiday gifts at 15% off or just freshen up your holiday hairdo with staffers from Fort Lauderdale's only blow dry bar.
Cocktails and sweets don't hurt the festive spirit either.

Rod Hagwood: I could have sworn I was interviewing for "fashionable" editor back in 1990 when I applied for this job. I imagined I was just going to sashay around the newsroom wearing an array of fabulous designer ensembles.
