Looking for up-and-coming fashion and accessory designers from Latin America? Then let the Miami-based Flechada.com do the work for you.

Started a year ago by wife-and-husband team Sharon Singer and James Stephenson, the web site shines a spotlight on unique swag made by Latin American designers and artisans - from major labels such as Caffe Swimwear to emerging talent such as Miami's Julian Chang. We're talking apparel, jewelry, shoes, handbags, swimwear and accessories.

The name? Well that's a reference to Cupid's arrow and Sharon's (born in Cali, Colombia) and James' (born in Columbia, Maryland) love of all things Latin American.

“First, we believe in the amazing products that talented Latin American and US Hispanic designers, artisans and indigenous groups create,” explains Singer. "Second, we have a desire to give back to the Latin American community by providing a valuable platform that allows them to grow their businesses by reaching new markets.”
