Dancing about 'Architecture' at Broward Center

Known for their innovative choreography and elaborate set pieces, the dance troupe Diavolo will come to the Broward Center for the Performing Arts at 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5.

The troupe's show, "Diavolo: Architecture in Motion," opens the Broward Center 2014-15 Dance Series.

The Los Angeles-based company fuses everyday movement, ballet, contemporary dance, acrobatics, gymnastics, martial arts and hip-hop. The program is composed of two pieces: "Transit Space," an athletic work influenced by the 2002 skateboarding documentary "Dogtown and Z-Boys," and "Trajectoire," which explores human relations in modern society.
