Everglades and Yellowstone — People and Place
The works of West Palm Beach painter Inger E. Hansen and Lake Worth photographer Steve Horan will be displayed alongside each other in order to compare two striking but different wildlife habitats. Hansen's plein air works are concerned with the Seminole Tribe, West Palm's Grassy Waters Preserve and Jupiter's Riverbend Park. They will be juxtaposed with Horan's landscapes of Yellowstone National Park, where he captures the region's geysers, wolves, eagles, elks and herds of wild buffalo.
When: Oct. 17 through Nov. 10 (opening reception: 6-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17)
