Big news for people who like to shell out big bucks for steaks and seafood: Mastro’s Ocean Club opens today (July 19) in Fort Lauderdale at the former site of Chart House along the Intracoastal. Mastro’s Ocean Club is a seafood-focused offshoot of the upscale Mastro’s Steakhouse chain that started in Arizona and is now owned by restaurant giant Landry’s, which also operates Morton’s steakhouses and McCormick & Schmick’s seafood restaurants.
