Rescued from the wild
Ema, a three-week old, 10 pound white-tailed fawn in this photo, was found in Belle Glade abandoned in the woods. She was eventually removed from her hiding place, fed and turned over to the Game and Fresh Water Commission. The fawn ended up at Lion Country Safari's petting zoo since Ema's encounter with humans has made her too tame to go back into the wild.
