Two areas, one is locked so there is entry. - Parking is labeled as 'C" for residents, no visitor parking, so just park there as a resident and keep an eye on your car while in the park. - Water is via an elevated faucet, results in a messy mud puddle, so take your own bowl. - Feces is not regularly picked up, so watch your step. - Not much in terms of shade tress, there is one large shade tree, but no bench by it - If you're looking for clean, this is not it,.
