There are currently no hotels within the boundaries of Everglades National Park. Previously, Flamingo Lodge was open for overnight accommodations within the park, but due to damages from Hurricanes Katrina and Wilma has closed indefinitely.
Finding nearby accommodations shouldn't be difficult, as there are many comfortable, low-budget motels near the entrances to the park in Homestead, Everglades City and Florida City.
Larger, higher quality hotels in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Naples and Marco Island are within a few hours drive of the park.
